Applicants who are using the
forms downloaded from the web site are advised to send as DD for Rs.250(PG)/
Rs.100(UG) payable at cherpunkal favoring "The Principal Bishop Vayalil
Memorial Holy Cross College, Cherpunkal P.O, Pala, Kottayam" along with the
filled in application Form.
1.
A self addressed stamped envelope must be submitted along with the application.
2.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission.
(i)
Conduct certificate and Transfer certificate from the institution last
attended. Students(PG) from Universities of Kerala other than Mahatma Gandhi
University should submit migration certificate also. Students from Universities
out side Kerala should submit both migration and eligibility certificate.
(ii)
Mark lists and certificates of all examinations passed from SSLC.
3.
Incorrect and incomplete applications will be rejected.
4.
Students awaiting their final examination results also can apply. Such students
should write the percentage of marks so far declared.
